Nathan Blum is a seasoned leader in sports ticket sales and strategy, currently serving as the Managing Director of National Ticket Sales & Strategy at NASCAR. With over seven years at NASCAR, Nathan has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's ticket sales framework, driving revenue growth, and enhancing fan engagement across NASCAR-owned properties.
Since joining NASCAR in 2017, Nathan has held several key roles, including Director of Sales Academy, Senior Director of Sales, and Senior Director of National Ticket Sales & Strategy. In his current position, he leads national sales initiatives, focusing on strategic planning, team leadership, and revenue optimization.
A champion of data-driven decision-making, Nathan has sought to infuse data and analytics into NASCAR's sales organization, transforming how the team identifies opportunities, measures performance, and optimizes strategies. Prior to NASCAR, Nathan built a strong foundation in ticket sales and leadership with the Phoenix Suns, in Minor League Baseball, and in the American Hockey League.
Andrew Yarnall is a dynamic sales leader currently serving as Senior Director of National Ticket Sales & Strategy at NASCAR in Daytona Beach, Florida. With expertise in driving revenue growth and implementing effective sales strategies, Andrew has built a strong career in sports ticket sales and revenue optimization.
Known for achieving consistent results through process-driven approaches and people-focused management, Andrew brings a strategic mindset to NASCAR's national ticket sales operations. Emily Webster is an accomplished sales professional currently serving as Manager of Inside Sales at NASCAR in Daytona Beach, Florida. With a strong background in consumer engagement and ticket sales, Emily has demonstrated remarkable career progression within NASCAR, advancing from Personal Ticket Consultant to Senior Consumer Sales Account Executive, and most recently to her current management role.
A West Chester University graduate with degrees in Sport Science, Emily began her sports industry career in Minor League Baseball with the Greeneville Reds and Knoxville Smokies, where she developed her foundation in ticket sales and customer service. Known for her commitment to excellence and determination to learn, Emily brings hands-on experience in consumer sales and a proven track record of building strong client relationships.

Junie Lee is a rising sales leader currently serving as Manager of Inside Sales at NASCAR in Ormond Beach, Florida. A Florida State University graduate, Junie has demonstrated exceptional career progression within NASCAR, advancing from Personal Ticket Consultant to Account Executive covering the Southeast region, and most recently to his current management role in October 2025.
